Stibbe's New York office was founded to provide Dutch legal advice in the United States. We primarily advise US companies doing business in the Netherlands or the Netherlands Antilles and Dutch companies with activities in the United States. We are furthermore active in complicated multi-jurisdictional transactions that involve Dutch law or Netherlands Antilles law issues.

Our New York team advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial issues, including:
